Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellation works and when refunds apply.
Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your organization's Subscriptions page in the customer dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing. It takes effect at the end of the current, already-paid billing period, and you keep access to that product through the end of that period.
Refunds
Fees already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, including when a subscription is canceled partway through that period. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for:
- a duplicate or erroneous charge caused by a payment-processing error, or
- a legal requirement in your jurisdiction.
How to request a refund
Email billing@eranovax.com with your organization name and the charge in question. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly to match your plan, at the then-current price until canceled. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
