Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you subscribe to and use EraNovaX products.
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of EraNovaX's platform and products (the "Services"), operated by EraNovaX ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a product, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Accounts and organizations
Using the Services requires an EraNovaX account and, for most features, membership in an organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. Organization owners and admins are responsible for the members they invite and the roles/permissions they grant within that organization.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Each EraNovaX product is offered under one or more paid plans, billed monthly or yearly as shown at the time of subscription. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner, RazorPay; we do not store your card or bank details ourselves.
A subscription may begin with a trial period where offered. At the end of a trial, or on each billing cycle for an active subscription, payment is collected automatically using the payment method on file, unless the subscription has been canceled beforehand.
4. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, matching your plan) for a further period of the same length, at the then-current price for that plan, until canceled. We do not require you to re-confirm each renewal — this is what "auto-renewal" means and what you agree to by subscribing.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your organization's Subscriptions page in the customer dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing — it takes effect at the end of the current, already-paid billing period, and you retain access to that product through the end of that period. Canceling does not retroactively refund the current period (see §6).
6. Refunds
Fees already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, including when a subscription is canceled partway through that period. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for: (a) a duplicate or erroneous charge caused by a payment-processing error, or (b) a legal requirement in your jurisdiction. To request a refund under one of these exceptions, contact billing@eranovax.com with your organization name and the charge in question; we aim to respond within 5 business days.
7. Changes to plans and pricing
We may change the price of a plan or introduce new plans. Any price change to a plan you're already subscribed to will be communicated in advance and will apply starting from your next billing cycle, not retroactively to a period already paid for.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to violate applicable law, infringe others' rights, transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, including another organization's data.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for an account or organization that violates these Terms, including for non-payment after a failed renewal charge. You may stop using the Services and delete your organization at any time from the dashboard; this is irreversible and removes the organization's members and data.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EraNovaX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
